the timing equipment and food stand during the nights. Chris
O'Laughlin's daughter Sinead worked all night on the kitchen stand
all three nights. Carlos Dias and his girl friend speak almost no
English, but were able to get along well with everyone. James
Bonnett, a contender in the race the last four years, has been
concentrating on high school cross country lately, so ran 48 hours
this year because, as his father said, James thought it would be
easier than running 24 hours.
